We make our food fresh and by hand in our 24 hour production kitchen. We create our own recipes and use the freshest locally sourced ingredients with no additives or preservatives. We have strict stock control and rotation processes in place to make sure our finished products are the very best we can make them. We constantly monitor the quality of our suppliers products to ensure they meet our own high standards, and thereby ensure what we deliver to our customers always meets their expectations. After we have prepared the food to order, it is kept in refrigerated cold rooms and is never frozen, we are comitted to providing the best catering service possible.
